GoFundMe had a pricing problem. People didn’t understand it, which meant they weren’t using the product. I set out to explain it. Apparently, it worked—there was a 32% in fundraiser starts from this page after the update. More importantly, the Legal team still speaks to me.
Math isn’t my strong suit. Turns out, a lot of people feel that way. So we built an interactive calculator to help people understand what the numbers mean.
